Upstairs

  • There are four bedrooms on the first floor and two bathrooms.
  • In the attic there are two further bedrooms that are ideally suited to children.

Downstairs

  • As you  enter the house you are greeted by the entrance hall.
  • To your right is a large kitchen and dinning with all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher,microwave and washing machine and new Bosch fridge.
  • On your left is the elegantly decorated drawing room, which has a dinning table to seat 8 people comfortably.
  • To the front of the drawing room is the living room with TV, DVD player and video player.

The Garden

  • The garden is magical and just under an acre in size, surrounded by a turreted wall with views over the valley.
  • The lawn is perfect for barbeques in the summer and the woodland  excellent for children to explore.
  • The original site of Llandeilo Abbey was located in the garden under the Yew tree.
