• Bays Hill is situated in the  historic market town of Llandeilo, situated on the edge of the Breacon Beacons National Park.
• The house itself was built in 1815 and is large, spacious and comfortable with considerable character throughout.
• There are 6 bedrooms sleeping upto twelve people.
•  The house comprises of a large kitchen, dining room, drawing room, six bedrooms and two bathrooms.
•  There is a very large and enchanting turreted woodland garden offering privacy and tranquillity and excellent fun for children.
• Ideal for families wishing to share a large house, with numerous nearby attractions such as The National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Doloucothi Gold Mines, Aberglasney Country House, Dinefwr Castle and Park and Pembrey Country Park for the children.
• The picturesque beaches of Pembrokshire and the Gower are only a short drive away .

Upstairs

• There are four bedrooms on the first floor and two bathrooms.
• In the attic there are two further bedrooms that are ideally suited to children.

Downstairs

• As you  enter the house you are greeted by the entrance hall.
• To your right is a large kitchen and dinning with all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher,microwave and washing machine and new Bosch fridge.
• On your left is the elegantly decorated drawing room, which has a dinning table to seat 8 people comfortably.
• To the front of the drawing room is the living room with TV, DVD player and video player.

The Garden

• The garden is magical and just under an acre in size, surrounded by a turreted wall with views over the valley.
• The lawn is perfect for barbeques in the summer and the woodland  excellent for children to explore.
• The original site of Llandeilo Abbey was located in the garden under the Yew tree.
